Best Western Plus Inner Harbour

Cozy hotel, kind of crazy going to one where you never saw anyone else. Really comfy beds and a nice deck. Oddly enough we had a few run ins with bugs during our stay, even though we were there for two nights. When we arrived there was a big fly dead on the floor, and the next morning there was an earwig-type creature that had appeared on my wife's side of the bed that kind of freaked us out. There isn't much they can do about this, but it was a bit unsettling. Otherwise the kids loved the stay, and it was close to where we wanted to visit.

We had booked a room for the weekend coming from Vancouver, there was a little misunderstanding and mix up and we thought we would have to look for a different hotel, however the lovely Krista or Kristy? Went above and beyond and reached out to her manager and got everything straightened out. She was working nonstop the whole weekend, and she made our stay very enjoyable. The rooms were clean and reasonable in Price. Kudos to Krista for seeing a situation and finding a solution. Amazing customer service!

Cannot say enough about the wonderful management and staff at Best Western Inner Harbour Victoria BC. I was there to help a friend as husband was dying and after death- awful time all around and I had a sanctuary there. Very grateful for myself and my friend. Staff went out of their way to be supportive. Attended to every request very quickly and respectfully. Beautiful location, beautiful people, even in the midst of Covid.

Room was amazing!! A few short comings, like a bathroom without a fan and a high volume flush for the toilet. Bed was the most comfortable and very
clean. We loved the kitchen area. Was well stocked and clean. Definitely worth staying at.

Excellent hotel to stay at. Friendly staff real nice continental breakfast and relaxing hot and sauna. Outdoor pool is not yet open for the summer. Beautiful view of the Inner Harbor Parliament Buildings Johnson Bridge and many more beautiful buildings . A must stay when visiting Victoria BC.
