The front desk, my hygienist and my dentist are all so friendly and lovely here. The experience is always pleasant, they really try and make it as quick and painless as possible. It’s always a pleasure going in for my appointments and when I leave I always feel well looked after and happy 😃 Definitely recommend! 🌟

Really a good experience all from when you enter until you leave.
Dr Picard explains and gives you options on what to do.
Even if it is at the dentist we always have a good laugh.
Everybody I have met there is polite and easy to talk to.
Would recommend anyone to go there.

The receptionist at this clinic is outstanding. The minute you walk in the door she is welcoming, knows who you are, what you are there for, and has your forms printed. I doubt I could ask a question she doesn't have an answer for. What a gift in the age of 'figure it out yourself'. Customer service isn't dead it's just located at this dental office now. :-))

I recommend Capital Park Dental, absolutely! What a caring, friendly and patient staff, all around. From Reception desk, to every single person working there. For anyone nervous and shaky about being on the dental chair, you will receive understanding and kindness at Park Dental. What a terrific find!

-The dentist and hygienist have a gentle touch and did a fantastic job, no pain the next day and zero issues after several fillings
-The place is CLEAN and modern. Nice extra touches like an adjustable TV on an arm that you can swivel up to watch (w/ your choice of shows)
-Cushions to help with chair comfort
-Personalized service! I received a nice little welcome package and hand-written postcard follow-up after my first visit.

Really great addition to James Bay. If you just moved to the area or are on the lookout for another dental office for whatever reason, these guys are top shelf. Recommended!
