I suffered a frozen shoulder 6 months ago . I visited the physiotherapist Scott by chance , excellent service. I have to say that their front desk staff are the best too .

After years of neck and right arm pain, I have finally found relief after going to Arbutus Physiotherapy & Health Centre! I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience there.

The location is great and there is ample on street parking. The online booking is also efficient and easy to navigate. The staff are friendly and helpful and the practitioners....wow! wow! wow!

I have recently had treatments by Jessica Hall, one of their amazing physiotherapists, and their incredible, possibly an angel, massage therapist, Sarai Goodwin. When I arrived, I had been suffering from right hand weakness (for about 6 months), as well as a rather intense onset of hand tingling to the point of sleep disruption, neck and shoulder pain, and excruciating headaches. The headaches and arm pain were so bad I had missed work and I was worried this was becoming a chronic condition.

I have had massage and physio in the past, and have never experienced such immediate and lasting results. After only a few appointments with both Jessica and Sarai, the tingling in my hands completely stopped and I have regained strength in my right hand. (I had honestly thought I had arthritis, but now feel as strong as I did a year ago. I am very active and love garden and house projects and not having hand strength was very depressing.) As well, the pain in my neck and shoulder has significantly reduced and I also haven't had a headache since. I am not exaggerating.

Go to this clinic!!! Give your body some much needed support. And as I said, go see Sarai...as I honestly think she may actually be an angel.

I am very grateful for the staff at Arbutus. I have received both IMS and physio treatments over the last few months and I am feeling wonderful. I am noticeably more flexible and no longer get aches and pains. Fawn is my regular physiotherapist (she is superb) and I have also seen Scott and Melissa when Fawn is away and they were equally as great. To top it off, Taelor and the other front desk staff are lovely. I am so happy to have found this place. Thank you, Arbutus!

Very impressed with the staff. Friendly, helpful and knew who I was after my first visit. Libby, my physio is great. Very knowledgeable, down to earth and really works to help my condition out.
