Ramona was, absolutely, amazing! She took her time to help me out with purchasing a new tank and helped me weigh the pro's and con's with my choices in a very professional way. The store looked great, the atmosphere was friendly and Dusty was adorable. I will definitely be back and reccomend this establishment to everyone.

I was at this store today around 12pm and received exceptional customer service from a nice young man (who's name I forgot to ask). I was really stressed out because my vape wasn't working. It kept saying "check atomizer" and I couldn't figure out why. While I was stressing, he was calm, friendly, and determined on finding out what was wrong. He figured out the problem and got my vape working again. This was my third time in this store. And each of those times I have felt like the associates really value kindness and generosity. I'm from out of town, but next time I come to Victoria I will definitely come back to this vape shop. Thank you for all the help and the amazing customer service!
