Had the pleasure of buying a 2019 WRX STI from Jim Pattison Subaru this past weekend. As my first new car purchase, the staff were amazing and my every expectation was exceeded beyond words. I didn't really know what to expect walking into a dealership but I was greeted with the friendliest of staff. At the age of 23, I thought I may be looked at as someone just wanting to test drive a vehicle and not be taken very seriously.. this wasn't the case AT ALL. Robert was an amazing salesman and I would buy another vehicle from him 10 times over, Colin added a very friendly atmosphere for me and was very happy for me purchasing this vehicle. John in finance was awesome and very informative and Abe was a great person to talk to waiting for my car to be detailed. All in all my experience at this dealership was top notch.
