Ravenline Estates Apartments

Matt and Tara McCoy were the best building managers one could ask for! Any situation, maintenance, or questions that came up they were always extremely nice and would always make sure my partner and I were comfortable in our home. Very sweet dogs too :)

I have lived at Ravenline Estates for almost 2 years now. We were one of the first ones here!!! It has been a journey for sure. We have had to deal with construction headaches, parking pains, a rarely cleaned building and over all poor management. That was until the McCoy's took over the building around new years 2021.
While we still had to deal with the construction next door the last year here has been an absolute night and day scenario. The building is clean! Matt is always vacuuming and cleaning the lobbies or running around with his tools fixing something and Tara does here best to keep that stainless steel stainless in the elevator but for some reason everyone had to touch the doors. Why??
Not only that but more importantly if you ever have an issue they listen with an open mind and a caring heart. They are truly making this place a neighborhood and we couldn't be more grateful to have this wonderful couple here. They are a blessing.

Found our suite while we were overseas and we just absolutely love it! Our transaction with Tara was very smooth and detailed. Upon arriving, we were welcomed by Matt, he's the building manager and he gave us a short and sweet orientation. They respond to our queries very quickly and guides us whenever needed. Couldn't be more thankful and happier with this place!

My wife and I moved in here this past spring, and couldn't be happier. Our apartment is nice and bright, and the neighbours are very quiet. Even with babies and dogs on each side of us, we rarely hear anyone because the building is so well insulated. It's nice and close to the Gorge too, so there's lots of nice places to go for a walk. The building managers, Matt and Tara, are absolutely awesome. Very responsive to any concerns and they are just really nice, genuine people. They've been a joy to deal with. We feel very lucky to have found this place.
