I have always had great service from this branch. They are quick to answer any questions and are always friendly. I would recommend them to everyone.
I've been banking at this branch for 13 years now and have always received good service. From front end managers to financial advisors to the tellers, the service I've received has always been great. Their hours are a little inconvenient and I do wish they were open longer on weekdays, but the fact that they're open on Saturdays is very helpful.
Had a great meeting today. Truly wonderful. They have nothing but interest in helping me reach my goals if financial health. What a refreshing change.

(250) 391-3500 Worst place to deal with customer service sucks. They hold checks all the time for five days for no reason i have went into the bank lots of times to get this resolved and every time they say you wont have any more problems.
