Silver Knight Heating

I called this local company to fix our furnace which wasn't working. Before booking anything, they asked me a few questions and gave me some troubleshooting tips to see if the problem could be resolved without a service call. I needed to have them come look at it so they did. The person was friendly, polite and very helpful. He tried a few things and voila, the furnace was working. I was really impressed by their attitude and expertise. Not only that, he didn't bill me for it. I would have no problem paying as a service had been provided but it was such a fast, easy fix that he said don't worry about it.
I've dealt with many different companies over the years and this is one I would definitely recommend. The service, the experience, everything from start to finish was seamless and what one would hope for and more. I really want to say thank you Silver Knight Heating for fixing the problem and I sure appreciate everything you have done. I will definitely recommend you to others.
