Clean yes, location is tight access for any larger trucks

Very helpful, friendly staff, always opened the area for me to load and unload. Engaged in conversation and answered any inquiries I had. Jose went above and beyond wonderful customer service, with my closing out of the storage unit I had rented. In the past, I had stored at two other places and by far Target Storage excels, in all areas of my storing needs!

We have used Target Storage, Tolmie Lane location, for over 8 years. We have found Jose and his staff to be friendly, well versed in their duties and always willing to go the extra mile. The facilities are clean and tidy and supplies are easy to purchase in the office if you need them. We'll miss the staff but we've left Victoria permanently and moved our possessions to our new home up island. Thank you for everything!

This facility was very clean, the staff exceptionally helpful, and the locker that I needed was clean. When I initially got it, it did require sweeping out though. The staff member wasted no time in doing that and in short order it was ready for me to use. If I have to make a comment, its that the building is a bit difficult to find. However once you locate the street its easy to find. There is plenty of parking and a couple of places to back your vehicle up to for easy unloading. I would recommend this place for anyone who has storage needs.
