  Clean, aromatic vibrant friendly staff. Only downside for me? No raisins in the cinnamon buns and it's more expensive than other stores.

  Close and convenient to my new hair salon in the Nelson Square across the street. Always fresh and healthy lunch options.

  Well, I am always a fan of Thrifty Foods even if I cannot afford it.
  
  In my growing up home neighborhood, I got a job at the local Thrifty Foods.
  
  Every one was very happy to be there, both customers and staff alike.
  
  My visit the other day was memorable only in the fact I noticed all the staff were very well groomed and were mighty white.
  
  I also noticed the middle-aged lady cashier was a new employee.
  
  One thing I can positively say about Thrifty Foods is that they always employ local.
  
  And they focus on customer service. The old slogan used to be "The Smile's in the bag for You!" Back when bags were free.

  Very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The quality of vegetables are awesome. Little pricey on some products but sure worth it. Go and see for yourself u will be very happy.
