Jessica is amazing and has gotten me physically to a point I didn't realize could be possible this soon. She is so patient and knowledgeable , and has created specific workouts that challenge me but work within my physical and health limitations. Working out with her has been the best thing I've ever done for myself.
Jessica is so knowledgeable and amazing! I participated in many of her mom and baby fitness classes after I had my son. The variety and flexibility kept me engaged and excited to attend the classes. Most recently I hired her to design a home workout routine. I was very specific with my needs and she was more than willing to accommodate. She sent me the routines on paper as well as through a You Tube video which made it so much easier to learn the routine. I’m very happy with my routines and would highly recommend Jessica as your personal trainer.
Jess has been so amazing to work with. What I love is she takes the time to figure out your exact goals and come up with a plan to achieve them. It’s not a cookie-cutter type of workout plan, she designs them specifically for you. She pushes you and holds you accountable and delivers amazing results. I’d recommend Jess to anyone who wants to take their fitness and health to the next level.
Amazing. Baby comes with me to all my workouts so it’s very convenient and she is very patient with having him there. She is a great motivator, keeps you accountable and is very knowledgeable about specific modifications for any type of body, postpartum and pregnant included.
Jessica is a kind hearted women that cares about helping out in so many ways. I started personal training sessions with her after my second child. I had ab separation and with Jess’ help that is so much better! Being a mom herself, she understands that kids are part of the workout routine!
