“I'm not a big time smoker and I went in looking for a mild variety as I find most weed these days to be too potent for me. Going into different smoke shops in the past I've found the staff to not really listen to my specifics and I'd walk out having spent money on what seemed like something they were trying to unload not what I was after. These guys knew their stuff and were eager to help. I ended up buying a strain called Penelope, which was exactly what I was after and a small pocket pipe called a "taster box" (which holds your weed as well...very handy). Friendly easy going staff with a relaxed atmosphere, I'll be back when I pass through West Kelowna next time!”

“I went here to get one of my front wheel bearings replaced as I could hear it starting to go. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and only worked on what I asked them to work on. They are comparable to other shops in price, maybe a little more expensive than some places but they fixed it in about two hours (test drove to confirm the issue and then had to order the parts). No complaints. Will deal with in the future. And they are locally owned and operated.”
