(December 8, 2018, 11:59 pm)Had a personal training session with Trevor once and cannot believe the amount that I learnt. He is incredibly knowledgable and makes working out tonnes of fun. He has inspired me tremendously and the motivation I have 1 year after our session; I am still hitting the gym 3 times a week and enjoying it. If he was still in Calgary I would have loved to have more sessions with him and actually often find myself saying that I wish I could have had more sessions with him, especially as I advance in my training goals.

Not only is he well educated in the fitness industry with years of experience but he takes the time to understand your goals and help you towards them. He always keeps me motivated during our sessions and pushes me when I need it. He is extremely understanding and always has a positive attitude. Trevor explains the benefits of each exercise and will answer any questions you might have, he makes sure each session is engaging, fun and a great work out. I have full confidence that anyone who chooses to start working with Precision Fitness will not be disappointed!
