Rose Valley Recreation Society has been using Wet Zone for 14 years - everything from getting water samples tested, pool chemical and supply purchases, season opening and closing assistance, assistance with mechanical repairs and issues and more! Their customer service and support is second to none. Chris, Maureen, Clare and team are absolutely amazing! There is no challenge they can't handle. We definitely could not do what we do without them! They always know exactly what we need to do to correct a challenge and explain the process in an easy-to-understand way. Their knowledge on all things pool and spa related is exceptional. We had pipes burst just days prior to our pool opening this year. They worked tirelessly to help get everything fixed and we were able to open as scheduled. Thank You Wet Zone!

Outstanding service all around. All the staff members at Wet Zone Pool Leisure & Spa are very knowledgeable and helpful. Chris (owner), Maureen (manager) & Gary (technician) all have outstanding customer service skills and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is satisfied. Quality repairs/servicing, reasonable rates, always friendly and helpful. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking to purchase a pool, spa or needing service/repair work done.

I have to say I am absolutely blown away by how amazing these people are. We recently purchased a house with a hot tub and have had some minor repairs that have needed to be done. Being first time hot tub owners we weren’t always exactly sure what we should be looking at. Every time we have gone to them for advise, they have been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and I have never felt left in the lurch so to speak. The most recent issue we ran into the technician (Gary) saved me the cost for the call out by explaining to me at the store how to change the piece myself and when I ran into issues went above and beyond to assist us in fixing it. They truly are a remarkable business and really do have their customers best interest at heart. Thank you!! You guys will definitely be seeing us again :)

Very friendly service before, during and after the purchase of our new hot tub. Being a first time owner, we have a lot of questions. Every person I talked to always took the time to help me with any issue or question I had, even if it was a small thing and never made me feel like I was wasting their time.
