“We were the first wedding in this new venue. And we have nothing other than compliments to give out to the owner Ryan and his staff. All of them were helpful as if it were their friend's wedding. The food was amazing! All our guests loved it. Ryan checked in a few times to make sure everything is running smoothly, escorted the bride on his golf cart and made us feel comfortable all day, especially with the current Covid situation. We don't think any other venue would have come close to the amount of effort and care that everyone here put into our wedding. Ryan was more than willing to accommodate our wishes. We recommend this place 100%.”

“We stayed at a cottage called Blue Canoe Cottage and it was a lot of fun. We stayed in the winter and it was a nice cosy hideaway. This place is also great in the summer because you have access to the lake, hiking and community pool and hot tubs. Perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of town.”

“We have previously stayed at Super 8 motels in the US which I would not recommend!! many of them need to be updated and I stopped staying at the hotel chain all together. We were visiting family in West Kelowna a couple of weeks ago, and needed a cheap place to stay, I was hesitant to chose the Super 8 but had limited options as there are only a few hotels in West Kelowna. We were pleasantly surprised with this particular property! The staff is extremely helpful, went above and beyond, helping with our luggage, printing out directions to where we needed to go. The outside of the property looks older but definitely does not look like any of the Super 8 motels I have stayed in before from the inside. The rooms are well kept and clean, I would suggest to update the breakfast options, but I will definitely be back! Great stay for the price!!”

“Nice spot, great poolside service. View from the upper pool deck was very nice. Had dinner in the poolside restaurant, and the service was good as well. Stayed in the older part of the resort, so it hadn’t been renovated like the others yet. Nice fountain out back of the room and grounds were nicely kept. Would recommend, but would likely stay in the newer part next time.”

“I met both Maryann and her husband and they are both lovely congenial hosts! Very helpful and able to make recommendations on a wide variety of outings in the Kelowna area. The lodge is both welcoming and immaculate, something not easy to pull off but Maryann seems to do it with ease! The patio and landscaping were beautiful and tranquil. The bed was very comfortable, the bedding, of a high standard. A sunlit kitchen and patio for a delicious breakfast was a great finish.”

“My Husband and I have just spent an idyllic 3 nights staying at Lakeview Memories. There is absolutely nothing that can be faulted at this exceptional boutique bed & breakfast. We stayed in the upper premium suite which offered both space and luxurious accommodation not to mention breathtaking views over the surrounding wineries and Okanagan Lake. Ute is a fabulous host who works tirelessly to maintain the highest levels of service. Any ratings below 5 star here are without doubt questionable.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Apothic. The view was outstanding, with a wonderful, pool and hot tub. The grounds are well taken care of. Darcy and Al go out of their way to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. You have your own entrance to your room, which is a lovely room. Anything and everything is available to you. The breakfasts were scrumptious, and filling. It is a real gem, home away from home.”

Of course Canada's nature is just amazing. But I did consider mentioning this B&B. Visiting B&B's was not the goal of our trip but this one was definitely one of the highlights. It's a beautiful place with great hosts (also NIcole's husband). We've had a wonderful time. Too short, of course.”

“Riding was on my bucket list! Riding at Broken Rail Ranch made it an experience I will never forget! It was awesome. Beautiful ranch, gorgeous amazingly trained horses and the scenery.....WOW! The staff and owner were so friendly and knowledgeable, very personable. We will definitely go back when we are in the area again. I think this will become a yearly thing now.”
