He came to my home in Coquitlam to see what I had in mind and provided wonderful recommendations. The whole process was very easy and fast - from my first initial conversation with Matt, everything was done within 1.5 months! When Matt was here doing the actual install - he was very punctual and very thorough! He took his time and did not rush the job to make sure it looked perfect and that we are happy. I am sure the job I had for him (he did not say but we are sure that once he got down to it) was a bit trickier then he had thought when he got down to it! We wanted a barbecue for our balcony in our new home in West Kelowna. There's a natural gas hookup there, so we wanted one that would plug into it. At first, I asked if they have conversion kits, but they actually build them to specifications when you buy one, so there's no fiddling with nozzles nor adapters. They pointed out some features of the different barbecues, and we decided on one that was perfect. The barbecue was ready to be delivered several days earlier than the commitment. We got the call, and arranged for a time. The delivery was made on time. Couldn't be happier!”

Having just purchased a condo, I relied on her expertise and professional knowledge to advise me when I decided to change the verticals on the balcony sliding door to drapes for a more formal, elegant look. He provided quoted options with warranty which was around what I had thought it would be. We setup a schedule that worked best for me and he arrived.
