“I cannot say enough good things about these wonderful people and this gorgeous place! We stayed here at the end of August for a wedding--we had about 120 people and a whole bunch of insanity for three days. The wonderful staff/owners were friendly, organised, patient, and just generally awesome. There are three types of accomodation here: camping, rustic cabins, and full service cabins. We stayed in the third, and it was just lovely. You do need to bring your own bedding and towels, and the water isn't actually potable, but other than that, everything was provided. There were even puzzles and games in our cabin! Be aware that this is a true getaway: although there is some wifi near the main office, there is no phone reception. I would recommend coming up here if you like fishing (great fishing here!) or if you just want a getaway where you can sit on your deck in the morning sunshine with a cup of coffee and look out over an amazing little view. We'll be back next summer, for sure!”

“My wife and I hiked in here for a night and enjoyed our stay. We saw a lot of fish being caught, nicely set up camp spots and few mosquitos. The campsite we stayed in was quite unclean from previous campers but that's some people, not to go against the lake or the area. ”

“We stayed here May 2018 and there was still some construction going on due it being relatively new. The owners, Kayle and Aimee, were very up-front about letting us know what would and would not be ready before we even booked so that made a huge difference in setting our expectations. There wasn't anything remotely close to being a "show-stopper". We can't say enough nice things about the owners either. They treated us more like friends than like customers. The location itself is just far enough out of Kelowna to be convenient and, despite how close it may appear, we hardly even noticed the highway. The non-developed parts of the property are also quite beautiful. Looking forward to visiting them again soon. p.s. I am no relation to Marc Greenwood who also posted a review. :)”

“I love to walk this little park with my family & pup. I wish there was at least 1 garbage can at the front door dog waste. So good throwing it in my car to smell all the way home”

Mill Creek Regional Park

“Out-and-back walk/hike. Completely accessible for first km on flat, groomed path. Next 2-ish km slightly trickier up & down trail, but still very manageable. Follows the creek the entire time, past several small waterfalls. Beautiful!”

“Love this place so much! Taking the time to hear a beautiful waterfall is always worth a short walk. The road and the parking area has been fixed but it is a little bit on the small side. It has an outhouse and the trail has been cleaned up so its a gem worth the visit.”

“We rode our bikes yesterday (August 17th) the length of the trail (12KM out and 12KM back) and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you so much for all the work you have done to make this trail accessible to all...well done!!”

Angel Springs Trailhead

Address: Kelowna, BC V0H 1N0, Canada

“It's still one of my favourite trails in the Kelowna area. Not too long of a hike and a lot of diversity to make it quiet beautiful. The larches are fabulous in the fall!!”

DeHart Community Garden

“Lovely community garden that is located in a very accessible location. There is also a dog park there and that is a bonus. Some dog bag dispensery would be appreciated in the near future.”
