She starts where the clients are at, and motivates your confidence as well as your overall health. She truly cares about her clients, and I would totally recommend her as a knowledgeable, genuine and extremely helpful Personal Trainer. ????????
(July 26, 2018, 9:46 pm)Brooke taught me how to strengthen my core by activating my transverse abdominis and how to heal/ protect my lower back by strengthening my multifidus! As I have had multiple surgeries and cannot do sit-ups and/or other abdominal exercises to strenghten my core! Brooke is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, professional and takes pride and is fully committed to her clients! She truly cares about you and will do whatever it takes to give you the right program for your individual/unique needs! I am SOOOO impressed! I am getting major results! Can't wait to see you again Brooke!
