    Sales consultant Ivan Snedden is fantastic!!! I had bought a Samsung tablet while in Ontario and was under the impression as per my receipt and conversation it was paid for outright. When I received my first bill it wasn't paid for and insurance was added which I didn't ask for, and extra charge for data which I did not want. So Ivan spent over an hour on the phone with the Bell Customer service representative rectifying the problem. It had been a month and a half past the purchase date but Ivan had my contract dissolved. Super happy with his honesty and level of customer service. Highly reccommend asking for him for all your cell phone/tablet needs.

    Good service. Salesman was knowledgeable. Currently no deals that would make me buy a phone right now. I will wait for a decent deal.

    I cannot say enough good about this location. I'll try to keep it brief :) If you only read the first few lines-know that this is the best store you can come to for help or to buy a new phone or set up a plan!! Hands down!

    My husband and I bought Samsung Galaxy Watches and were trying to have them added on as a line with our Bell account so we could make calls with them. After many disappointing and horrible customer service visits to the Bell store at the mall in desperation we found another location. And that was the best thing ever!

    The staff at this store were polite, willing to help, didn't just say there was nothing they could do (all opposite from the other store). In fact Ivan and Adam (Store Manager) spent 90 minutes problem solving and trying to help me out. And it paid off as it worked!! I can't thank them enough. I am a very happy customer and will absolutely be giving them my future business. In the 90 minutes that I was in the store I saw many customers come and go and each one was treated with courtesy and respect. Staff were friendly and SO helpful!

    PS.If you have any problems with your devices I would highly recommend you stay away from the Bell store at the mall.

    James is awesome! We were from out of town and he made us feel very welcomed and answered all our questions and got my wife and I phones fast efficient and with a great plan even getting a new phone for our daughter was painless. This is the first time i have ever been happy with in store mobility service. I wish there were more James’s around to make life easier.!!! Thanks again and bell you should give this man a raise. Well deserved!
