One of the best autobody places in Kelowna. They did an amazing job and were very friendly. Both me and my wife have had excellent experiences here.
Mark V Collision was the bright spot of our devastating accident. We thought our car was a write off. They took us through, step by step, what they would do. Krista, at the front desk, had a courtesy car for my wife ready after our first phone call. They kept us informed all the way as to the status of our claim. When they were given the go ahead by ICBC to proceed with the repairs they let us know when it would be finished. It was finished exactly when they told us it would be. The car looks brand new to us in spite of the extensive damage it incurred. The manager took my wife through a detailed inspection when it was complete and answered all her questions and concerns. We were so impressed with the service there. Highly recommend them.

This review is long overdue but I wasn't sure how to do the team at Mark V justice. Can I give them 6 stars?!
I was in a crash this past October and ended up at Mark V. Making a claim was not the best option for me, and I considered paying to fix my car out of pocket. A mechanic there by the name of Ron looked at my vehicle and informed me that although they could do the job, it would not be worth it for the money, and he recommended that I find a new car. I trusted him completely from this point forward, because he had passed up the opportunity to make money in favour of looking out for me.
From there on, Ron helped me out in numerous ways. He did everything he could to ensure that I would be safely back on the road as soon as possible. He went above and beyond again and again, so much so that I found myself wondering whether I would show up at the shop one day and find out that a 'Ron' had never worked there! ;)
Ron called my parents when they didn't understand why I shouldn't fix my old car, since I couldn't explain it to them properly myself. He sold me winter tires that he'd had laying around his property for below market value after I had found a new vehicle that needed them. He even offered to drive out to the shop on a Saturday to open up the gates so I could get my car towed away! Ron is about my father's age and several times he said, "Well, if it were my daughter..." (I'd want her in safe car, etc.) To be treated in this way -- to be treated like a family member -- by someone I did not previously know when I needed it the most was invaluable.
To make a long story short, I saved immeasurable time, money and stress because I ended up at Mark V instead of somewhere else. I would and will forever recommend this shop to everyone I know. I'm so grateful to you, Ron and Mark V!!! A thousand times, thank you!!
