(February 8, 2019, 10:57 pm)We purchased purchased 800 sq ft of flooring we were told that they would throw in the underlay for it since it was only 4mil and we were looking for 6mil. That would make the price comparable to another brand of flooring we were looking at. When we picked up the flooring we were told they weren’t getting any more of that underlay in so they couldn’t give us anything. If we wanted we could purchase a more expensive one. We did and were originally disappointed. However, we're giving End of the Roll 5 stars because of how they handled the issue. The sales rep contacted us letting us know that there was a communication error. He then went above and beyond to turn our experience around and make it a positive one.

(December 14, 2018, 2:36 am)The sales rep was very helpful and he knew all of the products. This made it much easier for us to choose the carpet and also the hardwood. The installers were fast and clean, they did a very nice job. We will use End of the Roll again in the future.
