(December 16, 2018, 9:19 pm)I've bought knives in the past and had demonstrations (ask for a demo!!!). When your choices range from $30-$800 get a demo it's worth it! I've even asked for really out of the ordinary knives over the phone and the person answering knows exactly what I'm talking about. Only gave 4 stars because they didn't have the knife.

(August 4, 2018, 5:00 am)The two young guys there knew their stuff. It was nice to see a house of knives where the employees are actually in the knife community and are fellow knife enthusiasts. They deserve a raise or at least a bonus. Great experience
