Okanagan Smiles

I am really impressed by Dr Grewal and his team at Okanagan Smiles. I came from out of town and have braces -- one of my brackets happen to come off by accident. I contacted multiple orthodontic and dental offices, Okanagan Smiles was the only office that was willing to do a one-off bracket fixing service and offered to do it the very next day. Nikki was really attentive and helpful as I described my delicate issue, and followed up rapidly after my first call. She described a coordination with my orthodontics might have been required if the bracket damage was severe.

On the day of my appointment, I found the office to be clean and well organized. Dr Grewal diagnosed the issue and properly explained the steps to be taken. On his execution, I found him to be very meticulous and made clear communication on every step he had taken. I was comfortable in the entire process.

I came out not only extremely satisfied with the service, but also with the value of it. I am pleased to have met Dr Grewal and his team, and would highly recommend them!

The Staff is awesome, the service is awesome. I never had a dentist before who sat down and discussed my teeth with me.

Dr. Grewal and his staff are absolutely incredible. Their professionalism is second to none, and every visit is such a positive experience. The entire staff makes each and every visit so comfortable and relaxing...it is like visiting an old friend. My daughters and I have been going to Okanagan Smiles now for several years. I would highly recommend Dr. Grewal and his outstanding staff...simply terrific.

Dr.Grewal was absolutely fantastic! I have severe dental anxiety and he made the entire experience pleasant. All the staff are also complete sweeties and it's a very welcoming environment!

Dr Grewel and his team are outstanding. I never thought I would say "it's a pleasure to go to the dentist" but it is!! In the past 4 years I've had a lot of dental work and hygiene maintenance done, each appointment has been a pleasant and painless experience.
