Convenient location, great friendly staff huge selection for the whole family

I was at this shoe warehouse location yesterday (02/01/19) around 3/4 in the afternoon. I had found a cute pair of slippers online at a reasonable price that I wanted. Sadly they didn’t have the exact pair of slippers in the colour that I wanted however I believe the sales associate was Vicky (38729 is the associates number on the receipt) she was so helpful and so kind she searched high and low in the store for slipper I was looking for and when she couldn’t find it she offered some really good alternatives and I actually ended up finding something I like even more at an even better price. She also kindly offered to order the shoe in for me if I’d rather and also noted that I could use the online purchasing method as well, I appreciated that she gave me a variet if options. Overall I’m very happy with the product I purchased and very happy with the customer service I recieved I would highly recommend checking out the shoe warehouse in Kelowna any time. And a big thank you to Vicky for her help!

Staff are super friendly and helpful. I had to return an online purchase and they made it extremely easy to do so. They also spent time helping me try to find a replacement online when we couldn't find my size in the store. Will definitely shop in store or online with this company again!
