  Nice drug store. Sadly they are no longer opened 24/7. A city the size of Kelowna definitely needs one that is opened 24/7

  Great service from the pharmacy crew here and the rest of the staff is, in general, pretty great too. They're almost always friendly and helpful. As this is a pharmacy, though, I value the service from the pharmacy itself over the rest of the store so while they're great I really appreciate how far the pharmacists and their assistants go.
  
  I've had them rush medication for me when I needed to go home and take pain medicine I didn't have on me and even had them call me back to give me more information on medication I've asked about, which tells me they're digging on their own time. That's pretty great service, and important for someone who heavily relies on their services and the meds to make it through the day. It's also AWESOME that they're open 24 hours; I've run into problems where I forgot I was running out, but I can just duck out any time and grab what I need.
  
  All in all, taking into account how insanely busy this location is the customer service is superb from the pharmacy and great from the rest of the staff.

  I was needing to send off a letter, in a rush, and needed it date-stamped. I called to check the hours of operation, which I was told 9:00. I was leaving work at 8:45 and was going to be a few minutes late for your closing time. However, Rachelle was kind enough to wait for me to get there, and get my letter mailed off in time. Great service. Thank you
