I LOVE the video - aesthetically effective; very informative; highlights the beauty of the valley and makes me feel very fortunate to live here myself.
Like the Q & A section answering all of the "why?" - that's effective. I feel the team info/bio is too wordy. I feel that bullet points with key descriptive words explaining ones strengths and expertise better, easy to read, less is more. Wondering what the purpose of the "blog" would be? Icons to click on to read more is effective and clean. I like the colour choices. I prefer black and white for agent head shots as they remain rather timeless.
