(June 29, 2018, 10:06 pm)We had problems with our cellphone supplier. It took us over two days of being transferred from one department to another. Eventually, we gave up and went to Wireless Wave and in less than an hour we got the phone we wanted and without any problems. The staff was very professional and we felt like we mattered. If you are looking to get a cellphone plan I would highly recommend this store!
(April 9, 2018, 6:01 pm)Excellent customer service from all staff. I recommend going to wireless before going to your phone provider. I just opened a new line on my bell account through wireless wave, and received excellent customer service from Satvir. I told him i wanted to upgrade a new device the next day. However they didnt have the phone i wanted in stock, but Satvir ordered the last phone i wanted from Vancouver, as well with a phone case and screen protector without even telling us (since they didnt have any accessories in store for thus nee phone yet). Which is how i believe customer should be. I went to bell, and they were suppose to offer a $200 headset with this phone, but they didnt have any left in stock and offered absolutely nothing in exchange. So go to wireless wave before your phone provider!! Better customer service and way better deals!!!

The staff is friendly, honest, and quick. They can very quickly break all the carriers down for you, so you can make an educated decision on what you would want to do. If the store is busy, head on down to Tbooth. They have the same prices, deals, and are part of the same company!
I would highly recommend them!
(December 17, 2017, 7:05 pm)I called in to find a specific model and size of iPhone, Heidi searched the other stores and had one shipped from the coast, 2 weeks before my cell company could get me one. She also called the next day to let me know that there was a deal on cell plans and I should check my my cell provider - I saved $30/month and have more data. I am so happy with the service and thoughtfulness, she is amazing.
