I so appreciate Dr. Dawson's kind and thorough approach to naturopathic medicine. Over the years that I have been her patient, she has been extremely helpful in guiding me to better health. Dr. Dawson is compassionate and knowledgeable as well as amazing at explaining the "why" behind treatment. I can highly recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Dawson is the sweetest, funniest, most caring and knowledgeable doc around. She is great at explaining what is going on with you in terms that allow you to understand the mechanisms of your body and shares ways to make changes. She is definitely worth going to see and will absolutely help you with any issues you have. A great person and a fantastic doctor!

Dr Dawson moved to kelowna but i still go once a year to see her with my children for blood work and follow up. She is amazing and a world of knowledge. Dr. Dawson is not only extremely knowledgeable and fact based but she also takes into account a whole balanced history of what's happening in my life to come up with a variety of treatments for what I need, until we find the one that works best. Not only that but she includes me in my health which may sound silly. But every other doctor I've seen has felt rushed and after a very brief description, doled out their solution leaving me with little or no understanding of what is happening. Dr. Dawson is different. She isn't rushed, she shows incredible patience and compassion as well as breaking down what is happening inside my body, why, how my body is and should be functioning and how we'll work together to bring it back to health. She has built more trust in one visit than years with other doctors. It felt more like a partnership rather than just blindly following. I can tell that she genuinely cares about my health. She is so warm and kind. And she's always mindful of my financial situation, helping me find different options if needed. She's an all around gem in every aspect. I'm so thankful for her. Doctors like her come around once in a lifetime...if you're lucky. I have and will continue to recommend her to others.
