Prestige Beach House Kelowna

Great location, great rooms.

I had to knock off one star as the road crew repaved the asphalt outside our room overnight and the noxious liquid tar fumes got everywhere.

i think smokers should be aloud to smoke on balcony. And the hwy side is a bit loud with traffic. But other than that it is walking distance to everything. My son and I had a great stay.

Very disappointed in the room as it should have a proper fridge. Also the closet doors did not close as the hangers did not fit the closet. Very small and cramped room for the price.
Beds were comfortable however halls were a mess due to the construction and noisy. No compensation was given for the disruption for example a reduced rate or complimentary appetizer or bottle of wine in the room being wine country. There is a lot they could have done to make up for the disruption.
Restaurant was excellent and so was the food and service. Would come back for the restaurant for sure.

Prestige hotel in cranbrook was better value and a better overall experience even though they are going through a renovation. They upgraded our room and gave us a nice bottle of wine for the disruption.

A fairly nice hotel, not over the top but a good pick for the price and location. Within walking distance of all the good restaurants in downtown. The park across the street is lovely. Good views from the balconies and the “Go Green” thing they do for housekeeping is a nice thing. The staff was helpful and attentive, the on site parking was a nice thing to have also. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Kelowna. The hotel was going through some renovations while we stayed but it was minimal and kept out of the way of the guests.

The hotel beds were really comfortable and the rooms were quiet. we were not on the street side which might be different. I would expect once the renovations are complete the hotel will look fantastic again. The food in the restaurant and the wine selections were a wonderful surprise. The food was amazing and the service both nights, just great. You have an excellent team.
