(May 7, 2019, 1:17 am)Hit and miss with this location. Sometimes we go and things are great, other times, like today, service is slow, and things get missed. We felt as though the staff was a bit more interested in chit chatting than they were in making sure our order was correct. Resulted in drinks that tasted very different even though they should have been the same, and a not overly satisfying experience.
(April 26, 2019, 4:03 pm)I was running behind this morning due to the fact I waited for a ridiculous amount of time at Booster Juice and was ignored and never served. This Starbucks location had my order and had me served with my breakfast in a fraction of the time I waited at Booster Juice and was ignored. Great staff coffee and food was fresh. I’ll stick to this Starbucks during my visits to Kelowna.
