“My favorite yoga studio in Kelowna! Its in a great location with the view of the lake. The people at the desk are very friendly and make an effort to remember your name when you come in through the door. The yoga studio itself has a great infrared heating system so it warms you up from the inside out... you sweat differently than other hot yoga classes. And they put a cold lemon grass towel on your forehead after each class which is an awesome way to end the practice! Love it ”
