I can’t say enough about the fantastic experience at L Furniture - from shopping through purchasing to delivery/setup, this team knows how to do Customer Service right. I was surprised at the level of service and quality given the store truly takes no frills approach to the showroom. Don’t be surprised when you walk in and don’t see the typical design showroom common to most furniture stores — take the time to talk to the owners about the products and your needs. They are incredibly knowledgeable and there is absolutely no pressure to buy. We purchased a custom platform bed and two mattresses on this visit. The products were delivered on time and the delivery team was friendly and professional and as customer service focused as the store owners. I highly recommend L Furniture and hope they continue to expand their product offerings as this will be my first stop for future furniture needs.
