Modern major appliances scare me. They are complicated and not made like they used to be. As a victim of failure, I feared the worst. Dom-Tech in general and Dale in particular have cured me. Competence, courtesy and value are paramount. We are almost looking forward to needing their services again.
Samsung Fridge problem was handled with ease, the techs know their stuff and were able to figure out pretty quick what it would take to fix, we ordered the part and a few days later they came back and got it finished with little downtime :) Very Happy and Highly recommend them
Leaking Washing Machine and Fridge Fixed
Mike and Dale are attentive, efficient and honest technicians who solved our nagging appliance issues quickly and fairly. Professional and friendly, they keep good humour doing what must be at times, a tough job. Well done, and highly recommended.
I called because my clothes washer door would not open and I had articles in there sitting in water. The man who answered the phone said I would have to wait till the end of the following week before anyone could come! I had called the Thursday before the weekend. I asked if someone could just drain the machine and open the door for me. They could fix it later. I was told if next week wasn't soon enough to phone another company. While I was waiting to calm down and think what to do Dale from Dom Tech called and said he would be there in 20-30 minutes to see what could be done. He did. The machine was drained and the problem was the motor. He ordered a new motor on the spot to come the following Tuesday. It came and so did Dale this past Tuesday afternoon and repaired the machine. Dale is a wonder. Whoever is answering the phone needs people skills training for sure.
DOM TECH performed a warranty service on my new dishwasher. They were here next business day after the manufacturer (GE) requested them. The service man even gave me pointers on how to use the dishwasher properly for my installation.
