We love the Quest family! They are amazing, encouraging people who work with individuals to achieve your personal goals, but also help nudge you further than you thought possible.

Very welcoming to newcomers. The staff made us feel comfortable immediately and were helpful at showing us what to do next. :) Starting something new is easier when you are surrounded with genuine people!

Chris and everyone at Quest have made the Academy a wonderful little community. The instructors are patient, kind, and promote learning through play and a love of the discipline.

I cannot say enough about the positive experiences we have had a Quest. Both Mr Rowe and Ms Jillian show incredible patience while offering firm guidance and a high calibre of instruction. I am thankful for the positive impact martial arts has had on my two sons who are learning patience, perseverance and focus while getting some healthy physical activity. Each week they admire the wall of photos of those who have achieved black belt status and look forward to being up there one day - a great goal to keep them focused on success. Thank you, Quest!

I have been training here ever since I was seven and it has been an amazing journey. All of the instructors have really made this journey unforgettable. Great place too!
