Reg is fantastic. First the furnace , then the hot water tank and then the a/c leaking all within a month span. From the initial call to the answering service, his call back time was exceptional. The estimated time and the actual time of arrival was either right on or early. He found the problem and repaired it in a timely matter. He is friendly, professional and very reasonably priced. Offers warranty on the parts and the labour. I will have no problem recommending him to anyone needing service. Well done Reg, you are number one in my book.

Our furnace decided to stop working at 5:30pm on a Friday in 15 below weather. I had called another place and Kelowna Heating. The other place was going to charge me $240 unless I could wait until Monday. Reg from Kelowna Heating called me back and said he could be at my house in 15 minutes and only charged $140. Reg had my furnace going in no time and was a gentleman. I would recommend Kelowna Heating to anyone.

I have used this company for the last 15 years and have found them very reliable. My hot water tank stopped working last Sunday, I called Kelowna heating Monday and within 1-1.5 hour, they returned my call , came and fixed my water tank. Will continue to use this company.
