  Dan and Jordan go the extra mile by organizing challenges and rewards that motivate. Fellow enthusiast are really fun, not cliquey and very encouraging. I am on track to reach my goal weight and it’s only been 4 months. You don’t need to wait forever to feel good!!! I love working out at OC!

  This place is awesome. In 3 months, I lost 30 pounds and 9% fat. I succeded with the Intro Challenge (Loose 20 pound or 5% body fat in 5 week). All you have to do is Show up and do what you are told. Every workout is different and the trainers are energetics and knowledgeable. The diet is easy to follow and I rarely feel hungry.

  This place is awesome! I do the small group training, and the workouts are designed with some real intelligence. They modify all the programming to meet the needs and ability levels of each individual client. The workouts are fun and challenging! The coaches are knowledgeable and the atmosphere is friendly! They run different challenges, where they set you up with everything you need to succeed including nutrition plans and ways to keep you accountable. I am very happy I found OCA!

  Orchard city athletics has made working out fun again. The atmosphere, the people and the trainers all have a positive energy that seems to flow through each work-out. I've finally found a place that I can recommend to everyone, so get off the couch and go check them out. You won't regret it....

  Such an amazing facility! Dan is so dedicated to seeing people succeed! He is the most qualified coach I've ever had the opportunity to work with. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to exercise, health, and nutrition! I recommend giving Orchard City Athletics a try 120%, you won't regret it.
