Liam showed up on our after-hours emergency call on Sunday evening with a smile on his face, ready to get to work. Not only did he respect our property while working, but he encouraged us to oversee all his work, explaining thoroughly what he was doing at each step. He always made clear what the next step was before proceeding with the work, and if there were choices to be made, explained them both thoroughly and let us us make the decision based on that information. Beyond that, he gave us great tips for not getting into a similar situation in the future. Very impressed with his professionalism. Not our first experience with Roto Rooter, have used them on different properties and are always very satisfied with their quality of work, and staff.

Derek was awesome! We have a very old house, and we know the plumbing is...all over the place. He was at our duplex for a long time, didn’t cut any corners and fixed our problem flawlessly. Very friendly, super patient...thank you for your time!!

Ken and crew were outstanding in their professionalism and expertise. We had a challenging underground burst water pipe issue that required more than the average small single person plumber for repair. A pipe locate, camera scope and excavation were all a part of our plumbing repair. Ken's diagnostic technician (Derek) was a pleasure to deal with as was the mini-excavator operator (Ryan). They took time to answer my questions, they laid out protective plywood sheets to protect our lawns from the excavator tracks and they got us back up and running. Ken and crew arrived on time as per the scheduled day which was important to us as we had no water service until the repair was complete. My wife and I highly recommend Ken and his team at Roto Rooter Kelowna.
