Excellent customer service over the phone. Couldn’t find the model number on my machine but the service tech was able to walk me through where it was located over the phone and then order it overnight for an affordable price. Very satisfied and will be returning to them for any other appliance needs
I highly recommend Anderson Appliance Repair. My fridge died on a Thursday and required a part from Eastern Canada. By Tuesday it was installed and working! Thank you Kevin for your prompt courteous service. I will recommend you to my clients, friends and family!!
We will definitely be using Anderson's again!! Our oven had stopped working and we were referred to them from Coast Appliances. When we called I was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable their staff was over the phone; they were very polite and helpful. Their receptionist got me booked in 3 days later and their technician was extremely professional when he got to our home! Will be recommending Anderson's to all our friends and family.
