Jimmy is very knowledgeable and doesn't push products onto customers. There are so many pre-workouts to choose from at very reasonable prices. They also carry a lot of sweet gym gear. Worth dropping into for your health and fitness needs.

I noticed an ad on Facebook for gym rats. I decided to go in and check it out. I'm really glad I did! I had three kids with me so things were hectic lol. The owner was really friendly, great with the kids and very patient. I needed advice on products for weight cut. His knowledge and passion for the industry was definitely apparent and top notice. Great local small business! These are the types of individuals we should be supporting as its reciprocated in the outstanding service. The prices were the lowest I've seen (been to several supplement stores). 100% will be a repeat customer. I strongly urge everyone to stop in and give this place a try for your fitness needs!
