Allan's experience and expertise shows very quickly when he presents the units for rental. His once over training is thorough and hands-on so once on the campsite you remember exactly how to do it.

My initial contact, unit pick up, camp site set up and operation, take down and return was seamless, thanks to Allan's methodical work beforehand.

The week of camping with this tent trailer provided an element of comfort and a "don't have to think about it" mindset even though this was my first time with this unit, and even though we had some rainy & windy weather. I stayed super comfortable and warm, and with plenty of room. I will never tent again! :-)
