The teachers know what they are doing and are super helpful in getting you to improve and push yourself. I love the positivity at this location and I wouldn't go anywhere else in Kelowna for a Barre class!

(May 13, 2019, 6:46 pm)While I haven't used Kelowna Barre Soul for their barre services, I did enter a professional services contract with them recently and had a great experience with their crew. Professional, fun and easy to talk with. All details and requests were laid out in advance, and follow up and payment was quick and easy.
I can only assume that their product (classes) would be just as good.
Would highly recommend working with them or having one of their instructors teach you some barre/yoga skills.
