Active Mobility Products

I’ve received many products and lots of assistance from Active Mobiltiy. Accessible products can be very complicated and Dino is great at getting you exactly what you need. He also has a great team behind him and an amazing and personable front desk assistant; Tony.

My gout flared up while I was on a golf trip in beautiful Kelowna. On the day of arrival I can hardly walk. My girlfriend suggested me to rent a knee scooter so we Googled to find something close to our hotel. We called Active Mobility & talked with Toni to inquire and was told they have a few available. We showed up and Toni already have the knee scooter set up. She was so helpful and took her time to adjust the scooter to best fit my height. What is even more incredible was when she found out my flight home was on Sunday afternoon and the store closes on Sat & Sun, she said she really hates to see me without the knee scooter on Sat and Sun if I have to return it on Friday. She offered to meet me at the airport on Sunday to pick up the scooter, I just can’t believe how lucky I was t be dealing with such a wonderful person like Toni. Despite the 4 rounds of golf I have to cancel and the wonderful food and wine that I have to give up, meeting Toni and having the knee scooter made my trip there a memorable one. On Friday, I decided to purchase the knee scooter since I will need that traveling back to California. Toni again had helped me greatly with the purchase and mostly I am glad to save her a trip to the airport on a Sunday. Toni, THANK YOU????

I'm a C6-7 incomplete quadriplegic. I've been dealing with the owner Dino since he worked for Okanagan Medical Supplies. I admire him for starting and operating what's gone on to become a successful business. Businesses are successful through hard work, market knowledge and good customer service. In my own case Dinos knowledge of seating and the ability to source the right products for me has been invaluable. Not only has Active Mobility helped my quality of life tremendously, because they have saved me from the risks of pressure sores, but they have helped me to run my own business and contribute to society.
