(October 21, 2017, 5:33 am)I regularly see Cathy for physio therapy and David for massage. I have multiple sclerosis and I'm not sure what I'd do without their help. I often arrive with a different issue in my body each week and they are eager to adapt and do what they can to right my body.
The reception staff are polite and helpful, my appointments are always on time, and the clinic is very professional while keeping a light and friendly atmosphere.
I would easily have given 5 stars but the door to the clinic is far too heavy. I'm a wheelchair user and if the door isn't propped open by the reception staff, I have great difficulty getting into the clinic. I've seen many others struggle with walkers and crutches. I believe that the door should be modified with an accessible button to provide access with dignity for all.
I have recommended this clinic to friends and family.
