  The facilities (studios and change rooms) are well set up but I am most impressed with the instructors and the classes. The instructors are all friendly and welcoming and the classes are a nice mix of strengthening, balance and flexibility/stretching. The instructors add emphasis on breathing and other meditation techniques but are not "over-the-top".
  
  My mood is better, my body feels better (my back problems have all but disappeared) and I have enjoyed all the classes I've attended.

  Very friendly staff & accomdating. Tasty açai bowls & treats. Definitely worth a visit!

  Welcome to Lake Country! Its truly a gift to have this Yoga and Wellness Studio in our community. I have taken in a number of classes now offering different styles/instructors.....All have been AMAZING. If you get the chance, take in a few classes. You will be happy that you made the time! Thanks again Invati and keep up the GREAT work!!
