(March 11, 2019, 3:17 am)My son went to the Jade Bay dentistry clinic and as we now have 2 benefits plans and they only knew about one of them, I asked them to send me a prior invoice so i could submit it to our other insurance company. The were very friendly on the phone and not only send me the paperwork in the mail, it was marked where to sign and they included a stamped and addressed envelope to our 2nd insurance company. I only had to sign, put it in the envelop and mail it. Above and beyond service in my estimation.

(March 30, 2018, 12:39 am)Jade Bay has been my dentist since they opened, they are always wonderful people to interact with and get the job done in a professional but fun manner. I’ve had Invisalign braces done in their clinic and have been referred by them to have an implant and crown through their coordination, all have worked out great. Routine cleanings are thorough and painless. Nothing bad to say about this practice, I plan to be a lifetime customer.
