  Every so often, I forget that I’m middle aged and overdo it when working out. This time I ended up with a big painful knot in my shoulder. Monyka not only squeezed me in on short notice, she worked a miracle in that I was able to go pain free to Silver Star the day after the massage. Big thanks! Will be back!

  Monika is an excellent Massage Therapist. Her facility is clean, cozy and has a great atmosphere! As for her, she was very professional and did a great job relieving a lot of tension in my muscles from work and stress. She checked in just often enough to make sure the pressure was good and that I was comfortable. 5+ Stars in my opinion and a fair deal for the top notch massage therapy you receive. I had the 90 minute session. Will recommend her to all my friends in the area!

  Hands down the best massage I've ever had in my entire life! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I live out of town but would come here daily if I didn't! Monika is also extremely professional which is comforting in this type of profession.

  Amazing experience every visit! I have been to many different practices for massage treatment throughout the years and can say that Moya Nova Spa Room is such a relaxing and rejuvenating space, very much a gem. Client care and comfort is so important and the value that I get is awesome for my mind, body, and soul. I leave feeling renewed each visit. From me to you, this comes highly recommended! Love, love that I can trust the lovely Ms. M to rid my body of tension while creating a space for mindfulness in the midst of the chaos of daily life. Everyone deserves to treat themselves and Moya Nova is the best place for it to happen.
