  Jessica was exactly what we needed and I recommend her every time I have the opportunity. There is a ton of information out there, but navigating how to apply it and which information to use can be overwhelming - even when it looks like it should be so simple. She provided us with a clear plan that took the guesswork out of it, and most of all was effective.

  I would highly recommend Jessica! I had read almost every baby sleep book I could find, but by the time my daughter was 6 months old I was at my wit’s end trying to get her to sleep! I finally called Jessica and just over a month later my daughter was sleeping through the night and napping better than she ever had. When my son was born a couple years later, I didn’t wait. I got in contact with Jessica and we started gently sleep training him when he was two months old. Jessica was so supportive during both my experiences and both children have continued to be great sleepers. I’ve even gotten compliments from babysitters on how easily my children go to sleep! Jessica provided excellent service, for longer than most sleep consultants provide.
