Orchard Valley Counselling Services

My counsellor has been there for me, listens well and helps me to understand what I am feeling. I feel so much better having her support. It helps me to realize what i may need to do next for myself when I usually feel lost.

We found our counsellor at Orchard Valley Counselling Services friendly, direct, caring and compassionate. We learnt so much and continue to learn about ourselves. Definitely going back when we need more help.

Alexandra is very easy to counsel with; she established a calm space with positive reinforcement for my partner and I. Her methods allowed us to get to the root of our issues while helping to strengthen our relationship. She allowed us to schedule our sessions at our own pace, and as success became evident, we did not feel pressure to continue if unnecessary. We looked forward to our evenings with Alexandra, and highly recommend her!
