  If you’re looking to purchase tires, Kal Tire on the Elk Road location is an amazing company and has great customer service. I had to get tires for my vehicle and didn't know where the best place was so I met Peter and he was amazing. He answered all my questions that I had and he washed my vehicle flawlessly... I couldn't be any happier with their service. Go see Peter, he’s helpful, smart and has amazing customer service skills! These guys are definitely a 5+ star for me. Thanks for making me a happy customer!! ????

  A most positive experience. The staff was pleasant and courteous.
  I had experienced an issue rotating my tires myself at home. Kal Tire took me right in and within a very few minutes, corrected my issue...free of charge!
  I will certainly return to the West Kelowna Kal Tire Store for my next tire purchase.

  Thanks for your great service. Called ahead to see if I could have a slow leak tire looked at and they were able to fit me inbetween appointments. The techs were able to fix the flat and get me on my way before driving back to the coast! And because I bought my tires through Kal Tire they were able to give me a great rate! Thanks Kal Tire!

  I was impressed! I have a RAM 1500, bought new tires and couldn't find the lock nut key. I phoned around and was told to call the Dodge dealership. I was quoted a minimum of $80 just to get the lock nuts off. I called Kal Tire and spoke with Matt. He quoted me $30 to change each tire, would try to get the lock nuts off for free, would do an alignment test and only do if needed.
  The surprise was when they completed everything! I was charged only for the tire changes. They took the lock nuts off for free, checked the alignment and told me I didn't need to do anything. That is honest!
  Great service, bill as quoted, and all done in a timely manner. I will recommend to everyone!
