“On a test drive, I brought an issue to attention and we were assured that the issue was taken care of. Jay was pleasant to deal with and based on these things, we decided to come back a week later (from Vernon) to finish the deal on the vehicle. That’s where everything went haywire. Jay was not there and the person we ended up dealing with seemed disengaged and made absolutely no effort to ease our concerns. Then came the surprise that the vehicle only came with one key & fob — ouch. After all that, we hopped in our newly purchased vehicle to find that the issue that I brought up a week prior was not fixed at all. Update 10/23/18: Since writing my initial one-star review, I have been working with Jay to resolve these issues. Since it’s nearly impossible to get to the dealership for me because of two kids under the age of two, Global actually picked up my vehicle from Vernon and left me with a loaner to diagnose and fix the main issue. Meanwhile, Jay has helped us out with the Key/Fob issue as well. It’s nice to see this effort towards backing what they sell and I suspect by the time the dust is settled I can award Global Automotive with another star or two. Update 11/08/18 I am happy to report that Global Automotive did manage to resolve all areas of concern with our vehicle. Jay actually purchased and programmed a new key and FOB and made every effort to make things as hassle free as possible. My opinion of Global has come 180 degrees since our initial bad experience. I am changing my final rating to five stars with the caveat that we wish more had been done prior to the one-star review going up. Thank you Jay - we're much more at ease with our Sienna now.”

“I recently purchased a motorhome from West Kelowna Motors. To say that this was an AWESOME purchasing experience is probably an understatemant. This is a father and son operation. When we arrived at their lot, we were greeted quickly and in a very friendly manner. While, Larry, the owner made it very clear he was there to sell inventory, there was absolutely no sales pressure. We found the unit we wanted, after having looked in Kelowna and on the internet for weeks.There were a number of issues we wanted resolved, and a list was made of all our concerns. This list was then printed and emailed to us.When we picked it up, this motor home looked and operated like new,. Everything we ha discussed had been completed, and in fact Larry had provided other items not discussed. The follow up was great, and when I did find some minor issues, West Kelowna Motors repaired the problems,quickly. I received better and more complete service and after sales response then I ever did having purchased from the really big lots.Although his inventory is smaller then most in the area the owners appear to understand the rv market extremely well and definately buy their inventory at the right price, allowing them to be more then competative. I most highly recommend West Kelowna Motors to everyone looking for an rv”
